Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Carrier We ship all orders via Royal Mail.
Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

- Europe: 5–7 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs Free standard shipping is available on all UK orders over £50. Shipping charges for orders below this threshold, and for all international orders, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping & Customs We ship worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.
